Good afternoon. Here are few announcements
before we start with this afternoon’s
proceedings:
1. Please turn off your mobile phone or
put it into silent mode.
2. Maintain silence throughout the
entirety of the ceremonies.
3. T h e s c h o o l h a s a n o f f i c i a l
photographer. There is no need to take
pictures of your child during the
program.
4. Clapping of hands will be done after
all the students in the section have
been called.
5. The parents and the awardees are
requested to stay throughout the
entire ceremonies and leave only after
the recessional.
