SHORT COURSES POLICIES
TUITION FEES
1. fees for applicants with forged academic documents shall not be refunded.
2. All payments MUST be completed in one or two instalments, of which the first instalment MUST
be at least (50%) of the tui on fees.
3. A student who cannot con nue with his/her studies due to financial/social hardships shall
request for withdrawal from the course in wri ng and address the le er to the Manager Centre.
In such a case, the student can either postpone the enrollment date or seek to transfer his/her
tui on to another candidate.
NOTE: There is no refund of tui on for Short Courses
ACCESS TO FACILITIES
1. Every student shall possess a Lab Pass with which to access the University facili es.
2. A student shall pay five thousand shillings (5,000/=) to get a lab pass, within the first week of the
courses commencement at the administrator's office
ASSESMENTS
1. Candidates MUST a end at least 80% of the course in on to qualify to sit end of course
assessments.
2. The candidates are required to sit and pass the end of course assessment with a minimal of 65%
to qualify for the cer ficate.
3. Candidates who fail the assessments MUST re-sit within the dura on of their course
