Intern Onboarding — Essential Keypoints

Hours & Availability



Core hours 9:00–16:00 PKT, Mon–Sat.

Plan ~4 hrs/day (setup week may be 5–6 hrs).

Stay responsive on Discord during core hours.

Daily Rhythm

Morning check■in (9:00) in #ops-hub-channel with today’s plan.

End■of■shift check■out in #daily-task-assign-channel — progress, blockers, next steps.

Weekly Report

Due every Saturday by 16:00 PKT.

Include: completed tasks (with links), challenges + fixes, next■week plan.

Tools & Minimum Setup



Tools: Google Drive/Docs, Google Notes, Google Calendar/Calendy, Discord, Grammarly/Quetext.

Hardware/Net: Stable internet ≥ 10 Mbps; laptop/desktop with ≥ 8 GB RAM.

Communication Standards

Respond within 2–3 working hours.

If you’ll miss a deadline/meeting, notify your lead ≥24 hrs in advance.

Keep tone clear, concise, and professional.

Quality Bar

Original work (run checks via Grammarly/Quetext).

Follow templates/labels; meet deadlines; write clearly and empathetically.

Task Workflow

Clarify requirements; post brief progress updates.

Submit via Drive/links; expect feedback in 1–2 days.

Update trackers after revisions.

Self■Tracking

Maintain a personal task/time log in Drive.

Use Calendar blocks and reminders for focus and deadlines.

Attendance & Leave



Request planned leave ≥48 hrs in advance.

Unexcused absences may trigger review.

Exit (If Not a Fit)



Give one■week written notice, attend exit meeting, return access to resources.
