Good Day panelist, We are the group 6 I’m (Name) along with my members De
Guzman, Laurenz Lozano, Kelvin Muñoz, Gab Navarro, Vincent ,Soriano, Matthew, We are
here to present our system SoleIntel an Inventory Management System.
Now To start us off here is Matthew Soriano for the Introduction.
Now for the objective of the study,
The objective of this study is to design and implement a stock management system
aimed to significantly enhance the operational efficiency of the store. This improvement in
stock management will lead to a marked increase in the store's efficiency, ensuring that
inventory levels are optimized and reducing instances of overstocking or stockouts. Through
this system, the store will not only improve its internal processes but also strengthen its
overall service quality, ultimately leading to a more successful and customer-centric
business operation.
Specifically,
1st is to Enhance Operational Efficiency
We aim to implement an Inventory management system for the store to improve
inventory management and streamline operational workflows.
2nd Improve Stock management
Through this we can Enhance store efficiency by optimizing inventory levels,
reducing overstocking and product unavailability, and improving data accuracy to save time
and money.
And lastly 3rd improve customer satisfaction
We will Use the system to analyze customer transaction trends and product
demands, improving customer satisfaction through consistent product availability ultimately
leading to an increase in profits.
And That’s It for the Objective of the Study
Here is Gab Munoz for the Scope of the Study.
In the Demo of our App, first We’ll be using a super admin account to see and access all the
function of the system. After doing so we’ll switch to other accounts with different access
level to see what are the restriction of the other accounts has depending on their access
level.
First Let me Log in to a supper Admin account
After Logging in it will lead us to the main page of the system,
In here we can see the table that has the data of the inventory, and the name of the
account.
To see the function of the system, we need to tap the menu button which is the three
line at the top left.
In here we can see the Edit profile, which we can use to edit the information of an
account
Log out, which will log out the user out of the system so that we can user another
account to log in.
Exit, which will exit the user out of the app completely.
Add, which we can use to add a record to the system
Delete which can delete a record from the system
Edit, which can be use to edit the information of a record from the system
And show user, which can be used to show the users of the system however, its only
available for the super admin account
Now let’s try accessing the functions.
First let’s try the edit profile, after tapping it will lead us to the edit profile page which
we can use to edit certain information except the access level.
Now let’s try the add, after tapping it will lead us to the add record page which we
can use to add a record to the system by filling out information of a shoe. Let’s try adding
one.
First we fill out the shoe id. for the sake of the example lets input 4,
Next we fill out the name, for example Chuck Taylor
Then We input a brand name, for example Converse
Then We Identify the Cut type of the Shoe for example low, mid or high cut. For this
let’s input high.
And lastly let’s input the stock value of the shoe, for this example let’s input 100.
After tapping the add button the record should be displayed on the main page of the
App
Now As you can see the Shoe that we added is now displayed at the main page of the
app.
Now let’s try the delete button, after tapping the delete button it will require us to
enter the shoe id of the chosen record we want to delete. Let’s delete the recently added
record to see how it works.
Now as you can see the record is now deleted from the table.
Next let’s try the edit button, after tapping it will require us to enter the shoe id of
the chosen record. for example let’s try editing number 3 after that it will lead us to the
edit record page which we can use to edit the information of the chosen record. for the
sake of the example let’s edit the stock number of the shoe
After saving, the edited information should be updated from the main page.
And now as you can see from (the previous value )it’s now changed into the edited
value.
And now lets try accessing the show user which only available to the super admin
account. After tapping it will lead us to the users page which displays all the
information of the users within the system. In this page there are also 3 button namely
add, that can be used to add a user to the system, delete which can delete a user from the
system and back which will lead us back to the main page of the system.
In the add button, after tapping it will lead us to the add user page which we can fill
out to add a user to the system for example let’s try adding one, after adding one the
added user should be displayed at the user table of the users page
In the delete button, it will require us to enter the user id of the user we want to
delete, for example let’s try deleting the recently added user. Now as you can see
the recently added user is now deleted from the system
Now the back button will lead us to the main page after tapping it.
And that’s it for all the function of the system.
Now let’s try logging in with an account with a different access level to see its
restriction.
Let’s log in with an account with an access level of 2.
As you can see the main page is still the same however if we tap the menu button,
the show user is now missing as it is only available for the superadmin account. Still the
function is still the same for the remaining functions that are available for an account
with an access level of 2.
Now Let’s log in with an account with an access level of 3.
As you can see the main page is still the same however if we tap the menu button,
only the add button is present compared to other account with different access level. Still
the function is still the same.
