Instructions
1. Last date for submission of project reports at MAIMT is 10- 12
May, 2012 failing which a fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged. And after May 12, 2012 no project report will be accepted. 2. Three copies have to be submitted as per the specified format. 3. You have to get your project report verified from your internal guide before binding and final submission. 4. Project Reports have to be submitted in loose format so that hard binding will be done in same format for each report at the Institute. 5. Font Size: 1. Title font size should not be more than 16. 2. Normal font size should not be more than 14. 3. Font in paragraph should be Justify 6. Certificates on page no. 4 and page no. 5 have to be printed on Institutes letterhead. 7. Certificate on page no. 6 has to be printed on letterhead of the company. 8. Each copy of project report must contain first 7 pages as per the specified format and font. 9. Reports have to be submitted in strict compliance to above instructions failing which reports will not be accepted. 10.Report pages should be in sequence number, page number have to be start after the index page. 11.Those have completed there project have to submit a soft copy of running project with the soft copy of project report and those have not completed the project till the report submission have to submit soft copy of project report and also have to submit soft copy running project later before the final voce viva.
