Warning: The following is a work of my mind, based off of history and the current situation of the world.
It is aimed at the USA, but could potentially work for any country. The goal of this is to do away with political crapolla we have come to accept as normal and make a better government. Includes crap-Spanish, child friendly insults, as well as non-child friendly insults, and a complete disregard for respect to the current government of the USA. Read at your own risk. I am merely the author, and not responsible for any riots, revolutions (unless they include California), and or harm that this document causes. Remember to read with an open mind, or you are doomed to an eternity of bureaucracy.
Hopefully: Political Parties- Do away with them. Make them and anything even vaguely resembling them illegal. This will help clear out gridlock in the government and make it easier for people to rise into the government based on merit and ideas, not their color. No, there will not even be The Party. Such Commie thinking is very hypocritical and, well, Communist. This is a democracy, people, not Stalinist Russia. High Cost to run for Office- No, this will not do. Make it much cheaper. Maybe governmentsponsored debates could be all the campaigning they get? Make it count, people. This would start to get rid of the sad fact that you have to have considerable funds to get into office. Success is not a measure of how politically capable you are, its a measure of how successful you are. Political Ads- Not going to happen, people. All they do is make it easier for those with moola to rise into the privileged government we have. Outlaw them. Also, we should outlaw any form of campaigning that isnt included in the government-sponsored regime. You can have plenty of debates, and you can talk at and or with the people at government-sponsored conventions, but you cant have ads. That Whole Thing About Multiple Terms In Office- Nada mas por tu. Make terms longer, but you only get one. This would make it so that government officials dont have to worry if their actions are making it harder for them to get elected again, so they dont just campaign the whole time theyre in office. They would also be more motivated to make their actions count. If we make the campaigning process better, we wont have to worry as much as a monkey in the office. Also, if youre so worried about getting stuck with governor Frank the Crank, just make it easier to kick them out through popular vote. Problem solved. Welfare- You are the illegitimate son of bastardized gift giving, and while necessary, are more trouble than youre worth in your current state. You are ONLY for those who cannot get a job, not parents, immigrants, or any other sad looking soul on the street corner. Also, you must be drastically reduced, and make more of an effort to make sure that those who receive you actually cannot work. Disabilities count, but these do not include lack of bladder control, occasional back pain, hearing loss, or any other dip-shit excuse for laziness. If more people want to work, and do work, then more jobs will appear. Also, the government will not have to spend so much money on their lazier citizens. The Death Penalty- I love you and hate you, you creepy pedophile. If someone is on death row, why for fucks sake KILL THEM, dont make them hang around in jail and feel so pathetic and unloved that they commit suicide just to give you the middle finger. All youre doing currently is eating up funds and giving nothing back. Just do your God-dammed job already, and stop worrying about the morality of it- people give up their rights when they commit crimes terrible enough to get them on death row. If criminals who get the death
penalty are actually executed instead of imprisoned for a ridiculous amount of time, jails will have more room and money. Abortion- There is nothing wrong with this. However, it should not be made free for women on the governments expense unless they can prove that they cannot pay for it. To those who dont like abortion: look at it this way; do you want to outlaw abortion, and have a massive rise in abused, abandoned, unwanted children and have to pay to house a large amount of them in orphans homes, as well as deal with a large population increase? Or do you want to keep abortion legal and accessible, and keep children the gift that they are, but only when ready to be received? Not only does it boil down to it being the womens body, but also the welfare of the children. Marijuana and other drugs like it- Make it legal. Remember Al Capone, THE gangster that trafficked alcohol using fear mongering and murder, and got rich because of it? Now, take a looksie at Mexican drug cartels, or any drug cartel really. Their similarities is exactly why I support to legalization of marijuana and other drugs like it. If you have a good that people want but is outlawed, people will still get it, theyll just use worse means. The legalization of marijuana alone would create new jobs, lessen crimes and the influence of many gangs, free up more funds for the government to use on more important things, stop alienating distributors of marijuana in states where it is legal, and make the lives of border guards a whole lot easier. Grants for Students of Colored Background- Are absolutely ridiculous. Yes, if youve got a student who comes from a poor family but is smart enough to make it through college, they should get a grant. Education is the only real way to lessen the gap between the middle class and the poor. You should not, however, give government funds to a stupid, unmotivated student simply because they are colored and thus more likely to be poor. It is a waste of money if they drop out or do nothing with their new education. Grants should take income into account, yes, but merit more so. This would free up more funds for the government, both because they wouldnt have to give some grants in the first place and because universities wouldnt have to deal with as many drop out students.
A final note: Please dont be nitpicky with this. As in, dont go, oh, they said that about this, but they didnt say that about this so it must be okay. Use your brain, people. These are concepts that do not apply exclusively to one area.
