IT IS FURTHER EXTENSION OF SOCIAL
AND ORGANISATION MAN.THIS CONCEPT
SAYS THAT INDIVIDUAL USE HIS
CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS IN SUCH A WAY
THAT HE SHOULD FEEL TO DEVELOP A
SENSE OF CREATING CERTAIN
THINGS.THUS THERE IS A CONFLICT
BETWEEN SELF-ACTUALISING AND
FORMAL ORGANISATION.
COMPLEX MAN
IT PRESENTS THE REAL PICTURE OF HUMAN
