Inner Lubrication
Systems
Working Principle
• Lube oil distribution through
piston
• Controlled external timing
• Lube oil is feed where needed
(next to piston rings)
• Same pump as the standard
lubricating system (CLU-3)

Pulse Jet Lubrication
Working Principle
• New lubricator pump
• Electronically controlled timing with full
flexibility of timing point
• Electronically controlled feed rate
• Oil distribution by a series of compact
jets, no atomization, no loss of oil in
scavenge air, no external leakage
• Precise dosage even for low feed rates
• Reliable oil quills (simple non return
valves)

Pulse Jet Lubrication
New Lubricator Pump
• Forced metering of the lubricant for
constant spray patterns
• No special requirements for the
lubricating oil
• Driven by pressurized system oil
• Electronically controlled by solenoid
valve
