How structured social media gamification impacted a new product launch.
Timeline = 48 hours
• Problem: A successful SME with over Rs.1000 Cr revenue was launching a new service in
its portfolio thus entering B2C for the first time. The product launch needs attention,
conceptualization and execution in offline and online social mediums to increase Digital Gamification approach
enquiries.
Reach of over 3 Lakh target
• Solution: Camdew team had 48 hours from idea to execution, where we developed a audience
new concept to introduce the product to the market. We used digital and social media as
the main platform and launched the product using a social gamification module. The Improved brand presence
target was to reach over 250K people and to specifically create brand awareness among using #hashtags
car owners in the city. Once the target segments were identified, channels were fixed,
