Listening and communicating, as we
always experience, are in a way the
first steps in creating a condition
for working with others.
And working with others involves
getting together with others to
accomplish our tasks. It involves
the conditions which make it a
rewarding experience.
Instructions:
– select from among your members one that
you’re going to dress as a Queen.
– the materials to be used will come from the
store which you will barter out of your
personal items. the store will be open for a
limited time and the materials will also be
limited.
– raise funds by contributing your personal
items. (these personal items and their values
are listed on the board). the amount you raised
out of these personal items can be used to
barter/buy the materials you will use in
dressing your Queen.
– prepare a list of contributors, the items
contributed and their corresponding values.
– only 1 member of the group will go to
the store to buy the materials.
– you have 45 mins to do this.

– False teeth(wrapped) – 3,000.00
– 1 pc of underwear – 3,000.00
– Blouse – 2,000.00
– Pair of socks/stocking – 100.00

He/she is a facilitator who develops and coordinates an
intelligent, motivated team to get things done.

• Bosses make decisions and give orders. Team leaders


coordinate groups of thinking adults who together face and
work the problem that face them.
Role of Team Leaders

• They made sure the team members know the


organization’s and the team’s vision and mission and
keep them focused on achieving them.
• They are expert communicators.
• Their mission is to develop the skills and
capabilities of their team members.
• They work with members to set performance
standards and establish a means of doing them.
• They motivate and inspire individual members by
recognition, praise and reward.
