Smoke
Smoking is an activity that is now in the favorite by many of our youth.
In the past smoke just to be a part of the lives of older people. But now the
smoke has penetrated into the lives of school children ranging from junior high
school and most worse there most elementary school children who smoke.
People who become active smokers, including students who have
become smokers say that smoking is fun and enjoyable as it can relieve stress
for users.
On the other hand, behind the pleasure felt by the smokers are highly
lethal danger to himself and life in a cigarette .There are 4 thousand types of
chemicals, two thousand of them is declared harmful to human health.
Substances in cigarettes are the most dangerous is the Tar, Nicotine and
Carbon Monoxide. Nicotine can cause addiction to the wearer. That is why
most of the heavy smokers addicted to cigarette smoking experience. Besides
that, many other diseases caused by smoking and can cause death, including
emphysema, cancer, stroke, and heart disease.
Cigarettes can have a positive effect for the body when used with the
condition. Smoking can also cause negative effects for users, and the effects
can cause negative effects of deaths and more than positive effects. Let us
protect ourselves and our families from the dangers of smoking that can
threaten anyone. Be wary of the dangers of smoking that can shorten our age.
