Subject: Broadband Connectivity Issue

Dear Mr. Mian Omer Shah

My name is Syed Aimen Hassan and I am a PTCL Customer, having PTCL Landline no: 021-36633333.
I am currently using three services from PTCL, i.e. Landline Phone, Broadband Internet & IP Smart TV.

On September 25th , 2017 my IP TV started hanging after every 15-20 minutes, as I am facing broadband connectivity
issue, however the problem continued and the TV device got hanged up after every 5 minutes.

On September 27th , 2017 I registered my complaint at PTCL Helpline 1218 and they assured me to resolve the problem
in 24 hours and that a PTCL Correspondent will visit my home soon.

It has been five days since then no representative from PTCL has contacted me to resolve the matter. I had contacted
1218 several times but PTCL representatives seem helpless as they tell me that they have forwarded the problem to
relevant Exchange of my area (Nazimabad).

I have also called Nazimabad Exchange several times but no one receives the calls.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as it has been a week since I registered my complaint.

Summary of my details are as follows for your convenience
