DEMO

This document discusses social, moral, and economic issues. It defines each type of issue and provides examples. Social issues are problems recognized by society that prevent optimal functioning, like poverty and discrimination. Moral issues go against shared values and norms, such as abortion and stealing. Economic issues emerge when wants for goods and services exceed the ability to produce them, for example unemployment and overpopulation. The document examines pictures to identify if they suggest social, moral, or economic issues, then has students answer questions to test their understanding of the different types of issues.
