This is a proposal given by Ravishankar Somasundaram to the Tamilnadu Government at the International Tamil conference 2010 held at Coimbatore. This was proposed as a solution to make the two ends meet - 1. People who are put to awe when starting to understand the effectiveness and implementation of Tamil language and wants to learn it 2. Experts in Tamil language wants to spread their knowledge and let others enjoy the bliss of the implementation of Tamil language in olden tamil literature, poeteries and scripts This platform make these ends meet eliminating geographical barriers. And also can serve as a central repository for the recent efforts taken by the government in digitizing such olden literature, poeteries and scripts in a manner accessible for interested people across the world.
