PERCEPTION ON TOURISM, DESTINATION
IMAGE, AND TOURIST SATISFACTION: A
STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL (SEM) ON
SUSTAINABLE TOURISM
CHAPTER 1
Rationale
Nowadays, many organizations or even individuals
are interested in sustainability (Mccool, 2013).
Many linked industries stopped operating resulting
decline in foreign travelers (Carr, 2020).
All of economic, social, and environmental challenges
must be addressed (Streimikiene et al., 2021).
Philippines hopes to become more powerful in
today's integrated travel sector through tourism
(Asian Development Bank, 2020).

2. To determine the level of Destination Image
3. To determine the level of Tourist Satisfaction
4. To determine the level of Sustainable Tourism

6. To identify which exogenous variable best
influences the sustainable tourism
7. determine the best fit model for the sustainable
tourism in Sto. Tomas Davao del Norte
