I. Introduction
This Work instruction is applicable, for Calibration Maintenance,
covers all KHB plant equipment and facility.

PT100
• platinum resistance thermometer
• 100 refers to that at 0°C sensor has a resistance of 100 ohms (Ω).
Calibration
• Connect Resistor Dual-Block Calibrator instrument for calibration
FLUKE 9009
• Connect 24 Vdc power supply and multi-meter to transmitter.
• Enter a resistance value from Calibrator that corresponds to using
conversion table of temp. and resistance. and read off the current
output at multi-meter

Pressure transmitor
• Connected to a pressure transducer.
• Convert to standard electrical signal (4mA-20mA).
Calibration
• Connect 24 Vdc power supply and multi-meter to transmitter.
• Connect display
• pressure keeper.
• Supply pressure souce
• And calibration on display follow by manual

Conductivity meter
• measurement of conductivity in a solution.
• Unit uS/cm or mS/cm.
Calibration
• Use conductivity prob with a CM44 Transmitter
• Remove probe from line or tank clean and rinse with water.
• Immerse probe in sample solution of Low or hight conductivity and
calibrate on display for verify that correct or not.(before change
sample must rinse prob with water).
• Rinse probe with water and put back on line.
