A multi-national study found that diversity and
innovation were linked. Companies that were more diverse had
19 percent higher innovation revenues, according to the study by
Harvard Business Review. That data was confirmed by another
study that found companies with racial and ethnic diversity
earned about 35 percent more than the industry average.
Furthermore, companies with gender diversity earned around 15
percent more than the industry average.
