This helps you calm down and focus.

Pick one idea that you want to talk or
write about.
Example: If you're writing about your
favorite animal, just focus on why you like
that animal instead of listing many
different animals.
Start with a simple
sentence
Begin by saying or writing a sentence that’s easy to
understand. This gives your audience a clear start.
Example: If you’re talking about why you love
reading, start with, “I love reading because it takes
me to new worlds.”
