Skill of Reflection and importance
Why writing a reflection?
A reflection is a thoughtful and intentional analysis of an
experience or learning process. It involves examining what
was learned, what was challenging, and what could be
improved. The primary goal of a reflection is to gain a deeper
understanding of oneself and to identify areas for growth and
development.

feedback.
