Literature Survey
• 1.1 Solar PV Power Generation Islam et al :
(2022) provide a comprehensive review of recent advancements in solar PV
technologies and applications. The study covers various aspects, including solar cell technologies, module design,
integration techniques, and emerging applications, highlighting the rapid progress and potential future trends in the
field. [5] Colasante et al (2022) explore the role of solar PV in global energy transition scenarios. The study emphasizes
the significant potential of solar PV to drive de-carbonization efforts and highlights the importance of policy frameworks
and market incentives to facilitate the widespread adoption of solar PV technologies. [4] K. M. Tan et al (2021) described
a review on energy storage integration in solar PV systems. The study discusses the challenges and opportunities
associated with incorporating energy storage technologies, such as batteries and pumped hydro storage, into solar PV
installations, emphasizing the role of storage in enhancing grid stability and maximizing renewable energy utilization.
• 1.2 ANFIS-Based MPPT Techniques Kumar et al (2021) described the ANFIS-based MPPT technique for standalone solar
PV systems. The proposed method utilizes ANFIS to estimate the optimal operating point, achieving efficient tracking
performance and enhancing the energy yield. [10] Bendary et al (2021) described the ANFIS (AdaptiveNetwork-Based
Fuzzy Inference System) used for MPPT in photovoltaic systems. The proposed ANFIS-based MPPT controller adapts to
changing environmental conditions, ensuring accurate tracking and improving the overall system efficiency. [11] G. Liu,
et al (2020) introduced a comparative study of different ANFIS-based MPPT algorithms for standalone solar PV systems.
The study evaluates the algorithms' tracking accuracy, convergence speed, and stability, providing valuable insights for
selecting an optimal ANFISbased MPPT approach. [14]

Problem
• Because of the world's rapidly increasing population and energy demand,
which is raising the cost of gas and oil and reducing the availability of fossil
Statement:
fuels, electric vehicles (EVs) should be used instead of fossil-fuel cars. As a
result, interest in developing EVs powered by clean and renewable energy
sources to replace fossil-fuel vehicles has grown steadily. Electric vehicles
(EVs) are a promising alternative for transportation-related applications
because they can help the environment by using renewable energy sources
[1,2]. In the case of electric vehicles, the solar PV system is used as a clean
energy source. Solar PV energy sources use solar energy to generate
electricity. The maximum power from the solar panel was extracted using
the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique

Existing System:
The non-isolated multi-port power converter presented in this study makes it possible to hybridize energy sources in electric
cars. There are several benefits in the load power distribution within the system as a result of the hybridization of the different
input sources. It is possible to have flexible control over both the charging and discharging of energy sources. The developed
converter can provide dual outputs at different voltage levels, which can suit the converter fed for multiple loads, such as motor
drive, and low-rated loads, such as lighting and other auxiliary supplies in electric vehicles. It can also boost voltage levels with
dual inputs, such as a renewable solar PV and the other input as a battery. Additionally, this converter may link with multiple
inverters supplied electric car drivetrains since the different voltages show at the output.
• Multilevel inverters are used in electric car motor drives to minimize torque ripples and overall harmonic distortion. Because
there are fewer components in the suggested converter, the circuit is easier to understand and less expensive. Two different
modes for the charging and discharging states of the energy storage devices may be achieved using a single inductor. Along with
the control architecture of the converter, a state-space analysis is created for each of its working modes. Using
MATLAB/Simulink, the suggested multi-port DC-DC converter is constructed and tested.

Proposed System
• The electric vehicle charging : in this research is powered by the grid, photovoltaic systems (PVS),
station outlined
and battery
• energy systems (BES), and it can operate in both shore and off shore environments. Through a DC/DC converter,
the power grid, which
• is fitted with an AC/DC converter, provides steady and uninterrupted power to EV charging stations. The battery
acts as a buffer ,which
• stores the excessive energy during the low peak periods and supplies it whenever the power required. The
bidirectional converter unit
• works in both charging and discharging conditions with the support of the control unit. The performance of the
control unit is smoothened
• by using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). MPPT technique is also employed in this paper to
extract the maximum
• power from the PVS under the different situations

Comparison:
• Power quality analysis
• Performance of converter
• Ev motor performance

Result Analysis:
By using ANSIF instead of ANN we can reduce the

Conclusion and Future
An ANFIS Bi-directional EV Charging station with a Battery Storage System is proposed. Theproposed method
provides an elegant way of combining Solar PV,, as well as Battery energy systems for
• Scope:
charging EVs in EV stations. This will reduce carbon
• emission also maximize the use of renewable energy.
• Which will lead to reduced global warming. Also,
• minimizes the dependency on conventional resources and
• the grid to charge the electric vehicle.
