Course Description:
• Strategic management is a
challenging and exciting course that
will allow you to function as the
owner or chief executive officer of
different organizations.
– The major task in this course will be to
make strategic decisions and to justify
those decisions through oral and written
communication.
– It can look forward to make strategic
decisions both as an individual and as a
member of a team.

Course Description:
• This text is practitioner-oriented and
applications-oriented.
– It presents strategic management
concepts that focus on developing a
practical understanding of the strategic
management process, which includes the
activities of formulating, implementing and
evaluating strategies in all kinds of
organizations.
– A series of practical worksheets on how to
conduct a strategic planning exercise for
both companies and non-profit
organizations and will be used through-out
the course to facilitate the learning
process.
