developing the economy through providing the
needed products and services including the
solution to the problem of unemployment.

Entrepreneurs are encouraged by the economy
because they can provide a lot of opportunities for the
unemployed young people. It will increase in per
capital income, higher standard of living and
increased individual saving, revenue to the
government in the form of income tax, value added
tax, export duties, import duties, and balanced
regional development.

Concept of Entrepreneurship
The word “entrepreneur” was derived from
the French verb enterprendre, which
means “to undertake.” This is pinpointing
to those who “undertake” the risk of
enterprise. The enterprise is created by an
entrepreneur and the process is called
“Entrepreneurship.”
Entrepreneurs are innovators, willing
to take risks and generate new ideas
to make it unique and profitable
solutions to the present-day
problems.

Entrepreneurship is the process of designing,
launching and running a new business, which is often
initially a small business, or as the "capacity and
willingness to develop, organize and manage a
business venture along with any of its risks to make a
profit.
The people w h o create these businesses are
often referred to as entrepreneurs.

A c o m p e t e n c y is the mixture of knowle dge , skills, a n d
attitude required to p e r f o r m t h e e n t r e p r e n e u r i a l f u n c t i o n s
t o attain t h e o rg a n i z a t i o n a l s u c c e s s . Knowledge can be
gained through attending quality trainings. Skills can be

competencies are essential to be considered a s global
entrepreneur, able to compete worldwide.

Persistence describes the ability to p u s h a n d p u s h tow ard the finish
line, even if the finish line seems comically out of reach.

Entrepreneur stand and committed of what they have said. There are neither
reasonable reasons nor excuses. Whatever they promised to their clients,
entrepreneurs m u s t be committed to d o it – o n or before the given deadline
regardless of the road they are taking of.
4. D e m a n d efficiency a n d quality-
O n e k e y for a successful entrepreneur is satisfying the
client’s needs and demands which will achieve through
efficient service and quality products. It is in their blood to
give the BEST and achieve EXCELLENCE.
