Please read (only if you’re debating on purchasing or not) I wish I can go back in time and not buy it. Had stumbled across their discord once again. I just want to take a moment and give credit to the owner of this company for replying to millions of texts of the same problems every hour of the day on his discord. He’d make his life easier by letting people know what they are in for on the buying website. 🤣 Don’t buy this VPN it’s just not worth it in my opinion overall. I had purchased back in MW3 and I can vouch I had maximum 5 games of me actually able to tell it’s working. Their support is not backhanded but I notice they usually try to fight fire with fire in the chat of their discord which I think is a poor way to de-escalate a customers complaints, frustration and problems. I had talked in their discord about it not being worth it and potentially being a waste of money and of course the Admins or Mods or whatever I guess got sensitive and maybe shedded tears or something and just banned me all because of a complaint. I’m pretty sure their excuse for bans is “foul language” in reality they are just sensitive and don’t want you to tell the truth and other server members seeing it LITERALLY. I couldn’t even end up refunding anyway because i’m out of the “ refund window” and it’s funny that’s a thing they definitely know what they’re doing. Pretty much if you buy it a good tip is to refund it after 10 days! I can promise you that you will not like the product and if you wait too long they’ll just tell you along the lines of too bad you waited too long. Overall it’s just not worth it. From ! MY ! experience : Product worked less than 10 times, lobbies were damn near harder than the reason I bought it for when the VPN is turned “On” 😂 . “Support” gets mad at you and deletes your messages and bans you in their discord if you complain about their product or just being real about it. I tried all the nonsense of mixing the servers, geo fence, dns, the things they tell you to soothe your brain thinking it’s only a you problem. But 99% of the time nothing changes. I guess the 1% is the 5 bots thats land on you when the match starts then you’re facing crimson players the rest of the match or once in a blue moon you get super super lucky and win a match with it “ON” not noticing a single difference. Another thing I noticed is they aren’t straight forward on their website about what you’re actually paying for. You’ll damn near be in the discord everyday looking for help on pc problems and how it affects the app not working OR looking for “good” VPN servers and combos to try. What i’m implying is you won’t be smoothly independent. I was thinking once I buy i’m all good and ready to go and be independent and have fun with my $60+ product (CAD). Literally I bet for people who buy it after an hour of purchase a problem with the product arises ranging from pc settings needing to be turned off/on or different combos to try in hopes of finding a single non sweaty match. You just won’t be smoothly independent. All who purchased would have saved money & time if they were straight forward of what you’re really in for on their website. Even the people who are daily users of the VPN and and enjoy the pain the VPN brings & dedicate 10 hours everyday i’m assuming to finding flexible fun warzone matches wouldn’t buy this product if they knew what they were really in for. IN CONCLUSION from my experience I honestly think warzone casuals (if that’s still in the game or not haven’t played since bo6) is a better investment of time money and effort 😂👌.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my situation. I have been a loyal customer of this brand for many years, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Several months ago, I purchased a $900 pair of jeans, priced so highly because they were covered with decorative pins. The pins were the reason i bought the jeans. The very first—and only—time I wore them, multiple pins fell apart and detached from the jeans. The item was clearly defective and not repairable. I reached out to customer service numerous times, simply requesting that the pins be repaired or replaced. I was eventually “assisted” by Kiara, who identified herself as a manager. Unfortunately, her responses felt disingenuous and condescending. While she repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue. After several months of waiting she wrote to me that the pins were no longer available. This is so untrue!!! Is she did her homework she would have known that their new product at the store for this season is covered in pins. To get rid of me, they finally offered me a 10% refund on the purchase. However, this offer is just another slap in the face. I don't need $80. I need my pants free of defects!!!!! It is truly disappointing and shameful that the company of this caliber offered no meaning solution to the problem. Shame on you!!!!

I was looking for a suit for my wedding. I visited many stores and tried on several suits, but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything suitable. Either the trousers didn’t match the jackets properly or the material wasn’t right. On top of that, I was looking for a summer suit during the winter season. So I searched online for providers of made-to-measure suits and immediately found what I was looking for at Hockerty. The website is very easy to use and the selection of fabrics is extensive. Everything can be customized and selected individually, and the price is also excellent. The delivery time was exactly as stated, and I was pleasantly surprised by the final result. For my taste, the trousers and the sleeves of the suit were slightly too long, which I mentioned. The customer support was really great: they immediately suggested three tailors in my city where the alterations could be done at Hockerty’s expense. I received the reimbursement for the alterations in my account within a few days. I have to say, this really convinced me, and I will definitely order there again. Conclusion: a clear recommendation for all men who like things simple and convenient and don’t want to struggle through 10 different stores. Price: top Quality and selection: excellent Website: self-explanatory Support: very friendly and handled promptly

I decided to try Boostaro Testosterone after researching several similar products and reading mixed opinions online. My experience has been fairly average so far. The product was delivered on time, and the packaging looked secure and professional. I’ve been using it consistently as directed, and while I did notice some minor changes in my daily energy levels, the results were not dramatic. Everyone’s body reacts differently, so my experience may not be the same as others. I appreciate that the instructions were clear and easy to follow. However, I believe it takes more time and consistency to properly evaluate long-term effectiveness. Overall, it has been an okay experience, and I would recommend that potential buyers do their own research and consult a professional if they have specific health concerns.

Complete scam. I have written them twice to cancel my account and they keep charging my account $24.95 per week. I cannot even access the account to cancel it. I will be contacting Instagram to report them as a complete scam January 21, 2026. They keep telling me to log in to cancel. Here is the kicker. When I try to log in, the website says “I do not have an account”. They respond with random and vague “customer support” emails everything except directly canceling my account and ceasing the unauthorized debits from my account. They are a complete fraud/scam. I have yet to see one response to my review. All I want from them is a cancellation. That would be customer service.

I was lucky enough to try a few samples from The Midnight Sun Apothecary during their beta phase and was genuinely impressed. My stand-out favourites were Apricity Solis, Lucerne Nova, and Velorian Grove. Each scent felt well balanced and thoughtfully blended, with a really refined, high quality finish. The packaging was also lovely and felt carefully considered, even at the sample stage. Everything had a clean, elegant feel that would translate beautifully into a gift for someone special. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend The Midnight Sun Apothecary and I’m excited to see the brand grow.

We have used for a couple of years now, we have had issues with deliveries but that has been down to DPD and customer service at pooch and mutt has always been very responsive! That was up to now, our subscription order went through on Friday and we are still awaiting any further information, my husband had sent 3 emails and a website enquiry and still nothing! We have had no food for our dogs since Monday, one we have purchased from store and the other we can't get hold of so food has been changed which is effecting her stomach negatively..

I'm really frustrated about how their tracking works. I always contact their customer service through email and keep on giving me different links one is from the courier not associated directly with with an update of my order last jan. 19 and no update since and now a link directly with their site saying out for delivery on the 20th but no parcel ever came through today i tried communicating with their customer service and no response ever since.Not even a contact number for the person who's going to deliver my package. Where is my parcel??

For now, I’m kind of in between. There are a lot of short videos, and some of them feel a bit repetitive. To select my niche, I have to wait about two weeks until there’s an opening to meet with my coach. What I’ve realized is that the information itself is good, but we’re largely learning on our own. I don’t feel fully confident yet. I’m doing everything I can to make sure I’m successful, but I still have some fears. I just hope that, in the end, I get my money’s worth.

Initially quoted £200 for a locksmith change, upon arrival this was increased to £816. I was in an emergency so had no choice but to agree. Work was performed exceptionally badly with locks being misaligned and non functional. Lock that is normally priced at £25 was charged at £316. Customer service very responsive but clearly used to these kind of messages and dragging feet to provide a refund. Do not use.

Great service from start to finish, bit of an older property so a bit “quirky” in places but EDF Heat Pumps and their installer Phoenix Heating & Renewables applied their expertise, experience and great customer care to get the job done to a very high standard. Really pleased with how it has all turned out and and just as importantly how well we were engaged with throughout.

I agree with all these comments people have left I didn’t have any change so popped into a shop to get some I was there 3 mins and now have a the £60 fine. I’m going to write to my MP Ben Maguire as this company needs to be stopped accumulating thousands of pounds from innocent people especially when they have evidence I will fight for justice.

This is my 3rd 1 star review as I still have not received my order placed on the 2nd jan and it hasn't moved since the 6th jan. I have requested a refund 3 times but not received. They would have given a refund straight away if I took my negative review down... I would suggest you give your money to charity... dreadful company to buy from.

Freebies that arrive with my orders usually end up in the bin as they're typically coffee that they're not selling much of. Either decaf or some obscure flavour. I think they should base the samples/freebies on what you order. I get that they are trying to introduce you to other flavours, but they are just not good!
