Key Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise SAS platforms (e.g., SAS 9.4) hosted on Linux servers.   Perform SAS application patching, hotfixes, and upgrades in accordance with approved change requests. Manage and monitor SAS services, including Metadata Server, Object Spawner, Workspace Server, Compute Server, and related components. Coordinate with Linux infrastructure engineers for OS-level patching, ensuring SAS compatibility before and after updates.   Validate SAS functionality following OS patches, platform updates, or configuration changes. Support server replication and environment cloning activities for testing and validation purposes. Troubleshoot SAS platform issues related to performance, availability, or configuration. Manage SAS user access, roles, libraries, and permissions at the application level.   Participate in Change Management processes, including risk assessment, rollback planning, implementation scheduling, and post-change validation. Ensure documentation of configurations, changes, and operational procedures. Provide operational support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.   Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience as a SAS Administrator / SAS Platform Support Engineer.
