Great news! Thanks to the coordinated work of validators and cyber~Congress, the Bostrom blockchain has been restored — new blocks are being generated again 🚀

Ahead lies much work: restoring IBC channels and enabling energy token transfers and the internal DEX. Stay tuned, there's still much work ahead requiring joint coordination

The Cosmoverse conference has concluded, leaving us with great memories, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

The Cyber team is actively contributing to building decentralized AI within the Cosmos ecosystem and participated in the AI Made in Cosmos panel discussion at the conference, alongside projects such as Akash Network, Agoric, and Arka Network.

During the discussion, panelists emphasized that the future of decentralized AI depends on aligning three essential components: compute, data, and models. They stressed the importance of ensuring smooth collaboration between these elements to unlock the full potential of decentralized AI.

After a week-long chain halt, all IBC channels expired. To restore the channels, it’s necessary to adjust the parameters to match those at the time the channel was created. The proposal to reduce the unbonding period has already passed, and we have begun the restoration process.

🔧 Steps to Restore Stability and Growth

Due to the HFR bug introduced in a recent upgrade, the project's economy faced a significant crisis. The Cyber~Congress team has already taken many steps to stabilize the network, but there’s still a long way to go to stop the price pressure and restore community trust. You can read more about the situation here.

✅ Work Already Done:
- IBC Channels Restored: All channels have been repaired, restoring the network’s functionality
- Team Optimization: Rewards for fellows were reduced by 7x, and an active "Cyber Core" team was formed, compensated with external tokens

🔜 Ongoing and Upcoming Actions:
- Validator Reduction: Reducing the validator set to 42 to increase efficiency and reduce pressure on the $BOOT price.
- Finalizing $BOOT Distribution: Burning the remaining "gift" to decrease sell pressure on the token.
- Bridge to Ethereum: Developing a functional bridge to integrate with the Ethereum ecosystem, including listing $BOOT and $PUSSY on Uniswap.
- Energy Reform: Complete redesign of tokenomics to create value within the system.

i want to share some important updates regarding the bostrom and spacepussy networks.

i’ve decided to pass the torch of @cyber_devs to @cyborgshead.
he’s now leading chatcbyber.ai with a compelling vision: a social network between ai agents. i truly believe the idea deserves momentum and support.

as for me, my heart remains with the dream of an earth-scale collective intelligence.
especially now that i’ve proven a key property needed to make that possible.
so, cyb.ai and cyber.page will remain untouched — hopefully serving a bright future project that picks up where we left off.

i’m taking the lead at the great web foundation, with a clear mission: to make the web great again — because, let’s be honest, it isn’t anymore.

all bostrom-related repositories will be migrated to the great web foundation.
all infrastructure — archival nodes, indexer, ipfs cluster, relayer — will now be run personally by me and @JooyRocket, as bostrom becomes a true community project.

all undistributed $BOOT stake will be burned.
i believe we’ve built a beautiful piece of software — one that’s crucial for civilization’s evolution, even if its time hasn’t yet arrived.

moving forward, i’m committed to slowly recovering all key aspects of the stack.
my new motto is simple: do the right things right.
but for this to work, i’ll need support from at least half of the current validators.
with 10+ validators running the network, it may not only survive — it might actually flourish.

Yesterday, after almost 1 year coma bostrom networm upgraded to v6.
The upgrade contain balances fixes after energy module drain and features essential for sustainable knowledge economics

Today I verified all target features of bostrom upgrade v6 - everything works smoothly. I am thankful all 20 validators in the network for a clean upgrade operation.
However, a lot of api services are broken, so most frontend http://cyb.ai features are not available for a while.

Finalized $BOOT distribution

The old approach to distributing $BOOT tokens attracted extractive behavior and diluted the mission. cybergift is terminated.
v6 executed an irreversible burn of 63% of supply:
- 603T $BOOT from the cybergift address
- 58T $BOOT from the cybergift contract
- 138 $BOOT from the congress neuron
Current supply equals total supply: 474.756T $BOOT.

This closes the book on historical overhang and raises investor confidence through transparent, final supply math.

Sustainable mint, sustainable APR…
The new supply structure ends pointless inflation that lead to unsustainable APR around 33%. Due to burns staking APR already dropped to 10%. In the next 2 month due to shift in goal bonded the network will inevitable move towards ~1.5% APR. Target inflation becomes 1% with a minimum-supply guard. Selling pressure drops.…

Knowledge economics that guarantees value accrual

v6 rewires energy economics so each and every action increases knowledge value.
- every cyberlink burns 1 $V
- every mint of $A and $V can occur only under demand and burns $H
- every transfer of $A or $V burns 2% to tax speculation and reward builders
this locks a positive feedback loop into the collective knowledge graph: more use, more burns, higher scarcity, stronger network value.

A clear price for a cyberlink

The old model treated bandwidth as a lifetime entitlement. It oversupplied $V and $A, hid the true cost of learning, and degraded graph quality.
The new rule is explicit: each cyberlink burns 1 $V.
At current prices that’s about $0.01 per cyberlink.

Simple, auditable, self-reinforcing

No energy without demand
$V and $A now mint on bonding curves. Every doubling of supply doubles the $H price to mint. If the market won’t support it, it won’t mint. And every mint burns $H, reinforcing $BOOT:

Turning speculation into value

Every transfer of $A or $V burns 2%. Energy exists to power decentralized training, not churn. Speculators pay, builders benefit
Continuous burns route market activity into lasting knowledge quality.

Containment and recovery after v4 anomaly

v4 introduced a bug that enabled uncontrolled energy minting. v5 froze a and v transfers to stop the blast radius. v6 burns all tokens minted after v4 activation and re-enables liquidity. Some leakage remains; treat it as a bug bounty that surfaced the flaw. Balance and function are restored.

Conclusion

These decisions reset the game
- scarce, honest supply
- sustainable mint
- explicit link pricing
- speculation taxed
- governance simplified
- value feedback based on usage

The foundations are now strong enough to grow collective ai on top of the cyber protocol. Its time for the new belief.
