What are the terms of the Free Trial?
Our Free Trial period lasts for 14 days and includes generous allowances of 2TB of storage and 8TB of outgoing traffic. Take advantage of this opportunity to explore and experience our services.
How do I connect to Tebi with an FTP gateway?
Tebi seamlessly supports both FTP and FTPS protocols, allowing you to integrate with any FTP client software of your choice, such as FileZilla or Cyberduck. Simply configure your preferred FTP software with the necessary credentials, and you're good to go. For detailed instructions on using Cyberduck, refer to our guide.
What does the amount of data copies refer to? Can I choose only one?
The principle of ensuring data protection revolves around storing multiple copies of your data. While the minimum requirement is two copies, it is generally recommended to store three or more copies to enhance data reliability. You have the flexibility to configure the desired number of copies in the Storage Classes settings.
How can I set up a custom domain for Tebi storage?
To establish a custom domain for your Tebi storage, you need to create a bucket with the exact same name as your domain and point your domain's DNS settings to s3.tebi.io using a CNAME record. For more detailed information on setting up virtual hosting, please refer to our guide.
How can I report abuse?
If you come across any instances of abuse, such as violations of Tebi's terms of service or suspicious activities, we urge you to promptly reach out to our dedicated support team.
