Excel formula help... again!
I have different tabs for each month. I need the total of the last day of month to start in the opening balance on the next tab in the beginning of the month. but some months obviously has 30 days and some 31 and then there's Feb too doing whatever it wants ;-) the total here in AH has to be the last day of the month - here it's the 30th and 379 the opening balance for the next tab (yellow block) has to be whatever the previous month's closing total was. I don't know how to create a formula to choose the last day's total and pull it to the new sheet in the opening balance. Hello. I have a Table of film credits, including the names of directors and writers. Some films have multiple directors (up to 3 individuals), whose names are in columns F, G and H. The writers' names (up to 4 individuals) are in columns J, K, L and M. I want to test for whether the film has a writer/director - e.g, one of the director names in the range F:H is the same as one of the writer names in the range J:M. I have created a column O to contain a formula with a logical test returning Y if there is a writer/director present. I tried =IF(Table4[@[Wri1]:[Wri4]]=[@Dir1]:[Dir3],Y,N) but this returns a spill error. Can anyone help?Downloads for Office Home and Student 2019 for mac air m4
Hi All, I am upgrading my laptop from Windows to Mac and I have licence of MS Office 2019 Home and Student edition. However I am not finding the download for it in offical pages. I understand the support and fixes for 2019 is alreay over. However I still would like to use it. Hello All, I have a set of mailboxes with LitigationHoldEnabled = True, and I need to remove Litigation Hold from them. My understanding is that after I remove Litigation Hold from an Exchange Online mailbox, the next time the Managed Folder Assistant (MFA) processes the mailbox, it will detect the hold removal and then set DelayHoldApplied = True. This begins the 30-day delay hold period. My question is: Will any retention policies delete data in the time window between removing Litigation Hold and the moment MFA processes the mailbox and sets DelayHoldApplied = True My understanding is "Even though DelayHoldApplied is not yet visible (or True) before MFA processes it, Exchange Online automatically protects the mailbox from deletions immediately after hold removal, before MFA applies Delay Hold" I want to ensure that no data is deleted during this transitional period. Hello, I need to report how many hours a staff member supervised one or more volunteers. For a very simplified example, Volunteer Name Date Start Time End Time Supervisor Fred 1/1/26 1:00pm 3:00pm Lucy Ethel 1/1/26 2:30pm 4:30pm Lucy Here 4 volunteer hours were served, but because there was a 30 minute overlap, Lucy only supervised for 3.5 hours. Is there a way to get Excel to calculate that? To say: look at all the entries with matching date and matching supervisor, and add up non-overlapping time. I have a table with everyone's availability. Column A is names, Column B is Monday morning, Column C is Monday afternoon and so on. In another cell, I want a drop down list of names if they're available at that time. If( [Monday Morning] = "Available") put it in the drop down list and then do that for the whole week. 2025 and still no markdown support in OneNote(touch supported version). This is Post ChatGPT era and all the LLMs generate text in markdown format. And I am pretty sure, a lot of people out there nowadays generate quick and concise notes through LLMs. But no, OneNote does not wanna render markdown. However, keeping source formatting can format text somewhere close to LLMs output. But not perfectly. The code snippets and tables does not render and appear as a mess. In simple words, I cannot copy LLM output for "Give me code examples of Rust's thread::spawn() function" directly into OneNote because it will be just appear gibberish. NOTE: There are two types of copying. 1) Select text and copy 2) Dedicated copy button in LLM output. So when I say copy I mean *2 as it preserves the markdown syntax.Someone changed my email but i still have access to my account

Hello. I creating somthing in excel with tables. These tables has thier own name, and can be dynamic or not. Any way. I using list in cell to select each data from a tables column. For that I created names with the content of a column. Unfortunatly i had to make a kind of name which is contain atleast 2 columns. These can grow dynamicly. So I think a plus helper tabel is not the right sollution for that. I think about 3 kind of solution. 1. =UNIQUE( VSTACK( INDEX(Tabla1[#Data];0;MATCH("Type_name";Tabla1[#Headers];0)); INDEX(Tabla2[#Data];0;MATCH("Column_name";Tabla2[#Headers];0)) ) output #name? 2. =UNIQUE(VSTACK(Lista_A; Lista_B)) lista_A as a name output #name? 3. created a helper table with the existing names. Created another name and use the table in it. output was the elements contained by the helper tabel, and the lista_A and lista_B tables each dedicated column. I'm aware that Microsoft had already chosen to upend usability once by changing office.com into 😡m365.cloud.microsoft😡 and make accessing web apps more difficult. This week I found they're hidding applications even further by burying them at the bottom of the page behind another menu - even when "pinned". Below are two screenshots of the 😡m365.cloud.microsoft😡 portal from different accounts that were created on the same day and accessed from the same computer and web browser via admin priveledges. I have observed this discrepency more than once with various accounts. Can someone explain the rational for Microsoft continuing to further bury office applications from users? Am I unaware of a new portal to access the Office applications our users rely upon every day?move spaces to a given column via worksheet command
i am 81 yoa and my lady is sickly. Among other things she has type 1 diabetes and heart problems. I am building a worksheet containing foods and their calories and carbs. i want to blank out input a column when she has completed her food menu and is done inputting. How can I do that? I also want to protect all columns in the worksheet except the one for her input. I am using Microsoft Professional + 2013 Office on a pc via wireless in Windows 11. can anyone help me? I would be happy to attach a copy of the worksheet but i don't see how! Thanks in advance!
