Terms and Conditions of Sale
Darts is a sport that we recommend adult supervision of for those playing under the age of 18. By purchasing from Winmau Dartboards, you are confirming that you are either over the age of 18 or have full consent from a supervising adult. We may require proof of identification before accepting your order.
These Terms and Conditions are adapted to reflect applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, those laws shall prevail.

Nodor International Inc. sells on behalf of Winmau Dartboard Company LTD in the USA. If you are a US-based customer, your contract of sale is with Nodor International Inc.
1. These Terms
1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods to you.
1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide goods to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
1.3 Related policies. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Design Submission and Order Policy and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall take precedence.

2.1 Who we are. For UK/EU/Rest of World customers, we are Winmau Dartboard Company LTD. For USA customers, we are Nodor International Inc., selling on behalf of Winmau Dartboard Company LTD.

2.4 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
3. Our Contract with You
3.1 Acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs when we email you confirmation of your order, at which point a contract comes into existence.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and not charge you. Reasons include out-of-stock items, resource limitations, errors in price/description, or delivery deadlines we cannot meet.
3.3 Order numbers. We will assign an order number for tracking and support purposes.
4. Our Goods
4.1 Goods may vary slightly from pictures shown on our website.
4.2 Packaging may vary.
4.3 If you personalise goods, you are responsible for ensuring accuracy of instructions.
5. Your Rights to Make Changes
If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us. We will confirm if the change is possible, notify you of price or delivery adjustments, and ask you to confirm if you wish to proceed.
6. Our Rights to Make Changes
6.1 We may make minor changes to comply with laws or implement technical adjustments.
6.2 For more significant changes, we will notify you and you may cancel for a refund.
7. Providing the Goods
7.1 Delivery costs are displayed on our website; customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
7.2 UK orders aim for dispatch within 24 hours; personalised items may take up to 21 days. Non-UK orders vary by destination.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will inform you if such delays occur.
7.4 Some items may require a signature upon delivery.
7.5 If you fail to rearrange delivery, we may charge storage and redelivery costs.
7.6 You become responsible for goods upon delivery; ownership transfers once paid in full.
7.7 If you do not provide necessary information, we may cancel or charge extra costs.
7.8 We may suspend supply for technical reasons or if you fail to pay.
8. Your Rights to End the Contract
8.1 Your rights depend on what you’ve bought, whether goods are faulty, and when you cancel.
8.2 You may end the contract if we change terms or goods, misprice, or delay significantly.
8.3 UK/EU: 14-day cooling-off rights apply. US: cancellation rights vary by state law.
8.4 No cancellation rights for personalised goods, hygiene-sealed goods, or inseparably mixed goods.
8.5 Refunds may be subject to deductions and return costs.
9. How to End the Contract
9.1 Contact customer service via phone or email.
9.2 Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
9.3 Returns are paid by us if goods are faulty or misdescribed; otherwise, you pay.
9.4 Refunds processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods.
10. Our Rights to End the Contract
10.1 We may end the contract if you fail to pay, provide information, or accept delivery.
10.2 We may withdraw goods with 7 days’ notice and refund accordingly.
11. If There is a Problem
Contact customer service if you have any issues with goods.
12. Your Rights in Respect of Defective Goods
UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.
EU: Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive applies.
US: Federal and state laws may apply.
Exclusions: normal wear, misuse, accidents, modifications, natural coating deterioration.
13. Price and Payment
13.1 Prices include VAT/sales tax where applicable.
13.2 Tax adjustments applied if rates change.
13.3 Errors in pricing may lead to contract cancellation.
13.4 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (no AmEx).
13.5 Payment required before dispatch.
13.6 Late payments accrue interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate.
14. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
14.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss/damage caused by us.
14.2 We do not limit liability where unlawful (e.g. death, injury, fraud).
14.3 We are not liable for business losses; goods are for domestic use only.
15. How We Use Your Personal Information
15.1 We use personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
15.2 We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and US state laws (including CCPA).
16. Other Important Terms
16.1 We may transfer agreements to another organisation.
16.2 You need our consent to transfer rights.
16.3 Only you and we have rights under this contract.
16.4 If one clause is unlawful, the rest remain valid.
16.5 Delay in enforcing rights does not waive them.
16.6 Governing law:
- UK/EU customers: your local consumer laws apply.
- US customers: governed by laws of your state.
- Business customers: governed by England & Wales.
17. Loyalty Account Terms
One account per unique email and billing address.
Family members cannot share the same billing address for multiple accounts.
Accounts may be refused or cancelled if misused.
