Roaming through old photos and booklets, I found these two flags which happen to be still in use by a legitimate organisation as the World Interparliamentary Union.
Guillermo Aveledo Coll 21 December 1999
The organization was established in 1889 as the Inter-Parliamentary Conference. Initially, IPU membership was reserved for individual parliamentarians, but has since transformed to include the legislatures of sovereign states. It is the first multilateral political organization in the world, encouraging cooperation and dialogue between all nations. Today, the IPU comprises 181 national Member Parliaments., who sought to create the first permanent forum for political multilateral negotiations. The IPU facilitates the development of international law and institutions. Its current headquarters since 1921 are located in Geneva, Switzerland. The current flag features the current logo in the middle over a white horizontal background, with the slogan below in English: "For democracy. For everyone".

The name of the organization and the motto may also be inscribed in French: "Union interparlementaire / Pour la démocratie. Pour tous." [and is used on a variant]
