How does the funding rate work for Equity Perps?
Funding is based on the traded prices and the premium index, and paid on the 8-hour schedule regardless of trading hours. Traders who are Long (Buy) or Short (Sell) will periodically pay or receive a small fee, which incentives the perpetual price to stay close to the actual stock price. Learn More
