This 1890s photo of Wall Street in Kingston, as seen from North Front Street, is part of an exhibit called ‘Uptown Kingston: Looking Back, Moving Forward.’ Mayor Steve Noble posted the photo on his Facebook page this past weekend with the message ‘Wall Street without the Pike Plan. Very cool.’
