00:00We're going to start with Hulk Hogan because we now have new information based on the police
00:07report in the case and other information suggesting that his death was the result of medical malpractice.
00:16Medical malpractice having to do with an injury, at least as a nurse who was on the
00:22scene.
00:23An occupational therapist.
00:25An occupational therapist who was on the scene who feared and shared this fear with
00:30the police that during his surgery that Hulk's phrenic nerve had been severed.
00:39And the phrenic nerve basically connects to the diaphragm which controls breathing.
00:44What's significant here is we are told that Hulk's wife Skye sounded the alarm when she
00:52saw Hulk had stopped breathing.
00:55Now I just, Charles and I have been going back and forth because I was on the phone
01:00with sources dealing with 45 minutes ago when he was working on the Lil Nas X story.
01:08So when I was on the phone you say that the occupational therapist feared.
01:12Actually what I was told was he said it.
01:16He didn't think it.
01:17He said.
01:18The nurse said this.
01:19The nurse, the occupational therapist said that it was the result of this phrenic nerve.
01:26So this nurse.
01:27It's not a nurse.
01:28There was a nurse there and an occupational therapist.
01:31Said that it actually did happen?
01:33That's what he said.
01:34Now again, I don't know the basis of it.
01:36I do know based on our phone calls that we made that it is in the police report and there
01:44is body cam at the scene.
01:46And I'm told that there is body cam both where the officers were discussing it amongst themselves.
01:52And presumably there is body cam when police were interacting with the occupational therapist.
02:00What is really interesting about this and honestly we have not gotten to the bottom of yet is that
02:09there was talk that Hulk had been cremated.
02:12Brooke Hogan, Hulk's daughter, has wanted an autopsy and said there was something suspicious
02:17here.
02:18And you would think if, we don't know whether he's been cremated yet, a week ago they said
02:24he had not yet been cremated.
02:26But we don't know what the status is now.
02:28But you would think they would go for an autopsy if there was any evidence of medical malpractice.
02:34Correct, correct.
02:35And you remember, Hulk had two surgeries.
02:38In mid-May he had one effusion on his neck to repair a neck injury and that's when Charles
02:42mentioned.
02:43But about a week or two or a couple days before he passed away he had a surgery on his heart
02:46as well.
02:47So it's unclear which surgery the occupational therapist is addressing.
02:53Right.
02:54With the phrenic nerve.
02:55But it was a recent surgery.
02:56So all that being said though, you would think that if he had both these operations prior,
02:59you would want the autopsy to figure out what happened.
03:02What I can't, why wouldn't the, if the police have this information from at least as the occupational
03:09therapist put it, why wouldn't the medical exam, why wouldn't the police order an autopsy
03:15even without the families?
03:17As opposed to Skye needing it, right?
03:18Right.
03:19I cannot answer that question yet.
03:21I don't know the ins and outs of Florida law that way.
03:25I just don't know.
03:27The odd thing to me is that if this was medical malpractice you would think the family, i.e.
03:32Skye, would have a claim and you would want that autopsy to confirm it.
03:36And that's why this is so odd to me that as far as we know there has not yet been an autopsy.
03:43Correct.
03:44And that doesn't, that's what does not make sense to me.
03:46You know, there are other things that Brooke wonders about, we're told.
03:50But this now we know is in the police report.
03:55And again, presumably we're told on body cam, at least amongst the officers.
04:01I'm assuming that the whole conversation with the occupational therapist is on.
04:05And Skye was present when this was happening.
04:08Skye was right there.
04:09Skye was right there.
04:10She's the one who sounded the alarm in the first place.
04:11Right.
04:12He was, we're told he was sitting in a chair.
04:14Correct.
04:15He was sitting in a chair.
04:16This wasn't a heart attack where he grabbed his heart, we're told.
04:19He was sitting in a chair.
04:21And just stopped breathing.
04:22And just stopped breathing.
04:23So there has to be an autopsy, I mean.
04:25But yet we're told, not as of yet, no.
04:28Why there hasn't been an autopsy.
04:30And although, the fact that he has not been cremated, at least as of last week, had not
04:35been cremated, at least points to that they're talking, there's some conversations going on
04:40about this.
04:41Skye said that.
04:42She put on her Instagram story that she was, there was family concerns and they weren't
04:44going to cremate him until those family concerns got assuaged.
04:46Okay.
04:47But that was a week ago though.
04:48Now we know what those family concerns are.
04:50Correct.
04:51But she was present when the occupational therapist said.
04:55So what isn't she ordering?
04:56Exactly.
04:57There are questions.
04:58Yeah.
04:59Hey, I'm Cameron from Charlotte, North Carolina.
05:01And my thing is, Brooke Hogan and Hulk have had a tumultuous relationship.
05:05But I want to know why so much is able to be happening without her knowledge or consent
05:10being involved at all.
05:11I think there was not the greatest relationship between Skye and Brooke.
05:18And I think Hulk, this is my opinion, Hulk had to choose sides.
05:24And I think he was kind of caught in the middle of all of this.
05:28And that's my theory.
05:29That's my theory.
