Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano is rumbling again — and experts say an eruption is imminent. The USGS has raised the alert to “Orange Watch,” warning that lava fountains could start blasting between Wednesday and Saturday. This could be the 31st eruption since December, with glowing vents, rising tremors, and dangerous volcanic gases signaling that magma is close to the surface. 00:32Tremors haven't stopped, and a glowing red light at the vent means magma is sitting close to the surface.
00:38Gas levels are rising, and dangerous strands of volcanic glass, called Pele's hair, are already spreading across the area.
00:46This could be Kilauea's 31st eruption since December.
