"Reliable solution for identity management and authentication"
What do you like best about Auth0?

Auth0 has SDKs which are well documented and helps to easily sett up the identity management and authentication services and integrating with our inhouse applications running on private intranet .Auth0 has inbuilt support for Signle sign on as well as multifactor authetication reducing development effort for integrations which also helps in ensuring secure access to applications. The entire managament of access tokens, IT policies ,access controls and montitoring logs can be all done in Auth0 's dashboard which is very modern and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auth0?

There are quite frequent updates made and the existing deployed services on older SDks get quickly depreciated and there is more effort to rebuild the services in the newly release SDK which can add to more development effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Partner Access Management with Secure Controls"
What do you like best about Auth0?

What I like best about Auth0 is that it takes away a lot of the manual hassle. In Demand Management I’m working with multiple DSPs and SSPs, and each one needs their own team to get access to dashboards and reporting. Instead of me creating and managing every account, I just spin up an organization for that partner, invite their admin, and they handle adding or removing their own users. That alone saves me a ton of back and forth. Single sign-on also helps new users get started right away without the usual flood of login emails. I like that I can set roles once, viewer, editor, billing, admin and reuse them across partners without thinking twice. Security feels solid too: MFA and anomaly detection run quietly in the background, so data is safe without slowing anyone down. The audit logs are also useful when compliance or reporting questions come up. For me it’s less about fancy features and more about reliability, Auth0 just works, and it lets me focus on account work instead of account provisioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auth0?

The main challenge I face is around visibility and fine tuning. The analytics and reporting on authentication events are not as intuitive as I would like, which makes troubleshooting login issues slower. Permissions can also get complex when setting up unusual partner hierarchies or advanced rules, and the learning curve for Actions and customizations takes time. Universal Login is flexible but requires more effort than expected if you want to personalize beyond the basics. Support is generally helpful, though responses can be slower for non standard cases. These are not blockers, but they add extra overhead compared to how smooth the rest of the platform feels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made authentication less of a headache for our team"
What do you like best about Auth0?

When we first started onboarding patients into our new app I was dreading the login chaos. People forget passwords and they get confused with MFA. In healthcare that's extra stressful because it involves sensitive info. Auth0's hosted login page really saved us. We could customize it with our branding but still rely on their backend to keep things secure. What I appreciated most was that I didn't have to become a security engineer overnight. I could set up MFA policies, tweak password rules and monitor login attempts without digging into a black hole of code. The analytics dashboard was also eye opening. Seeing failed login spikes let us catch a weird configuration issue before it blew up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auth0?

During the first month we had some headaches with the documentation. It's not that the info wasn't there but sometimes it felt like it skipped steps. I feel it assumed you already knew a chunk of the process. It's a bit frustrating when you're moving fast and just want the straightforward answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Auth0 gave us confidence during audits."
What do you like best about Auth0?

The first time I saw Auth0 in action was during a compliance review where we needed detailed audit logs on user access. Normally gathering that info is a nightmare but here I could pull reports that actually made sense and didn't require digging through 3 different systems. I liked how the role based access control tied neatly to our policies. Due to this we weren't constantly guessing whether access was appropriate. For me it's less about the flashy features and more about being able to confidently tell an auditor yes here's the trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auth0?

The one thing I wish it handled better is the reporting interface. During one audit I spent longer than It's like trying to filter data down to exactly what was needed. The information is all there, it'd just the navigation and exporting that slow you down. Still compared to how we used to handle this it'd an improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
