Our website has lost hundreds of likes for our blog posts since September. At first, AddThis staff told our company they would need 4 weeks to resolve the issue. We patiently waited 4 weeks, contacted them again, and they said it was taking longer than usual. Every few weeks we email AddThis support and each time they had the same response. We are working on it. Two weeks ago they responded saying they would reach out to Facebook about their endpoint issue. I have since spoken to other companies having the same issue.

The widget is a powerful tool, it allows me to analyze data from social sharing and cross my campaigns, allowing me to know if my actions are reaching the segments I'm looking for. I liked their pitch. their data seemed to be strong based on where their pixels are placed and how many sites they are collecting data from. performance was not strong and the sales rep was CREEPY. performance on the data did not hold up to their promise. the set up was not easy and extremely delayed. Had syncing issues between DSP and Add This. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
