What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

Arena is a cloud based and easy to use, follow and expand. The online help and support is very responsive and the solution just works without any issues. The team at Arena are only too glad to assist, have a great attitude and are easy to deal with.

Our migration was seamless and we had great support from the project team during our migration. Integration with Silicon Experts was painless and contributes to product lifecycle planning within Arena.

Since moving over to Arena we find that our colleagues use it frequently for product data unlike our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

There are very few downsides to using Arena. The only issue I have seen is regressing a BOM but even that is doable in an effective manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

Arena PLM has been incredibly helpful for our eQMS needs. The integration with Office 365 and new automation features have streamlined our workflows. Arena's responsiveness to feedback is evident in these updates, showing their commitment to improvement. The drop-in sessions for personalised support are a great resource for configuration and setup. The Validation documentation of Arena that is being provided.

There are still some features that are being updated for ease of use, and this helps other non-admin Arena users to learn to send feedback, which is what Arena always wants, this is really good from my point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

The only downside is that some features, like Office 365 integration, require an additional fee. However, that's the only drawback I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Arena asked me to reveiw"

What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

It is a decent tool to use, and people learn it fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

often the menus or workflow does not make sense.

Just today, we had an ECO and redline was not showing within ECO.

we had a PCBA assembly where a capacitor had two RFEF DES removed, and the label on pCBA going from A1 to A2.

The redline was visible within BOM but not within ECO .

soon as the label was added as an item for change, then the RED line was showing changes within the ECO for both the PCBA and the label.

so that was interesting and not very intuitive.

The REDlines shoud have shown what is being changed to PCBA and Alert should have shown that Label is not added under the "item to change". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

The abundance of areas to cover products. From Quaity to Projects to Changes, there are areas to complete all requirements.

Customer Support at Arena is extremely fast and willing to work through areas of concern. We never wait long to get a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

The major downside is the cost of subscription. This has been a real fight internally to keep Arena PLM within the business and I am always asked to review the features against other offerings.

Other downsides would include the inability to 'Delete' or remove items in Production. I believe offering this feature alongside a cached 'Trash' area it would enable us to have cleaner workspaces.

I would also mention the import options and multi edit options to be clunky and hard to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Arena is a reliable solution that supports our needs well.

The customer service is excellent - whenever I have an issue, there’s always someone to assist and resolve it.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

Arena can be slow when loading searches with many results or handling large records, which impacts workflow efficiency.

In addition, the saved search widgets on the homepage display results from oldest to newest, showing outdated entries first instead of the most recent ones, which limits their usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

- very good technical support

- easy to customise - build processes in each world on the platform

- Platform is divided in to various sub categories/worlds (requests, items, quality, training etc) for conevenience

- Analytics is very nice to develop dash board and proactively monitor progress.

- Good processes are shared by Arena for easy development and implementation of eQMS and PLM.

- Documents (SOPS) and material (parts, BOM) are not serated, they are in same items world.

"Good resource but needs work"

What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

I think Arena QMS can be a game-changer for managing quality and compliance. It's easy to use and can be used for alot of things like document control, audit management, or real-time access to information. The cloud-based setup ensures everyone on the team is always on the same page, improving collaboration and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

It can be a bit of a learning curve to get used to the features. The training section can be tedious as it provides the same quiz every time a new document is updated. It is also too simple at times, it could use a bit of customization. We have noticed performance lags at times as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
