What do you like best about Cardata?

What do you dislike about Cardata?

Lots of improvements need to be made when a cell is at low power. Cardata keeps turning off and it is unclear whether it is still tracking mileage. I feel as though I have lost out on some reimbursement due to this issue. My hope is in the future that this software will take less power to run. It still takes a crazy amount. What do you like best about Cardata?

I really do not like the app as it does not record several rips and the editing to be fill in the trips not counted is a hassle to use, I enter most trips manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

II really do not like the app as it does not record several rips and the editing to be fill in the trips not counted is a hassle to use, I enter most trips manually. This has been discussed multiple times in team meetings with other employees and we all have issues with the inconsistent travel record in Ohio. It misses 50% of the trips. "Cardata - the best mileage app I have used so far"
What do you like best about Cardata?

What I really like about Cardata is how easy it is to use. As a FedEx sales rep, I’m on the road a lot—anywhere from 2000 to 3000 km a month—and the last thing I want to do is worry about logging every trip manually. Cardata tracks everything in the background without me having to think about it. The app is simple, clean, and makes mileage tracking stress-free. Plus, anytime I’ve had questions, their customer support has been super quick and helpful, which I appreciate. I have had to manage my insurance and update it several times, and they take action and get things resolved within 24 business hours - which I love. The app itself is great. It tracks everything in the background, and then you designate trips as business or personal each month. If it misses a trip, you can add it pretty quickly. There are some hiccups with address searching in the create a trip screen, but its good overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardata?

The main downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the GPS doesn’t pick up properly in certain areas, like when I’m driving through the country in my rural routes. When that happens, I have to go in and fix the trip manually, which can be frustrating. It would be nice if it could connect with things like my calendar to make classifying trips even faster. The only other obstacle is battery usage, which can sometimes be significant. Overall, not deal-breakers, but a few things I’d love to see improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardata?

We use the Cardata app at work to track our milage for reimbursement. Over the last two years the app has been very easy to use. I have it running in the background all the time and it has never once missed logging one of my trips. Then at the end of each month the app makes it very easy to go back through all my logged trips and classify them as either work or personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardata?

The only thing that i didn't care for was that you used to have to also type in the word "delete" each time you wanted to delete a trip, but they took that out in the last update of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardata?

*Having an app in the background is not perfect; when for some reason or another it drops off and is logged out & I wouldnt kow until I checked. with over 25hours on the road as you can imagine, thats not an easy task.

*adding manual trips is difficult &time consuming. I wished you could add addresses rather than location names.

* i would love a report per month of the total mileage, cost - as of now i check that for my own knowledge. but i would love that included in the automated monthly close-off emails.

* could there be an opportunity to integrate with any other apps.. such as alert of where the car is parked..(always in different parking lots), really any features for gas finding, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardata?

Cardata is automatically running in the background so it is pretty seamless to record mileage without having to continuesly track.

I also like the functionality of the app with choosing between personal and business. It is pretty easy to use.

The reminders for monthly seperation of business and personal is a great feature as well.

What do you dislike about Cardata?

I dislike having to record my insurance every few months but other than that, the application is pretty easy to use and not difficult to understand. What do you like best about Cardata?

The ability to easily turn on/off tracking or schedule times for the app to track my driving is helpful. Having it on a schedule allows me to go about my normal business and not worry about having to track the information manually in a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint is when having to put in a manual entry if I turned off tracking and forgot to turn it back on before a trip. A few times my miles weren't logged because I got logged out of Cardata and I had to manually enter. Good thing I caught it and had my trips mapped out. Also updating insurance is always a nightmare.
