What do you like best about Clowder?

Working with Clowder has been an exceptional experience right from the start. Their app platform has truly revolutionized how we connect with our staff—it’s efficient, flexible, and remarkably user-friendly.

We went live with our Employee Engagement app almost 2 years ago and have over 80% of our team actively using the app today.

The CLOWDER Team continues to listen and respond to our needs, and consistently offer innovative ideas and timely support.

What do you dislike about Clowder?

We are still hopeful that CLOWDER will add the ability to upload videos from our Vimeo account or direct from our computer but for now, we will continue to upload them to YouTube. What do you like best about Clowder?

Clowder is a marvelous tool. After the initial setup the program is very much a 'set and forget' tool that is so useful as an app for our events that we have done away with print versions of our event schedules. Clowder integrates well with CVent, and is a far easier app than the one CVent offers. And Clowder's seamless integration with iMIS makes for easy authentication and control of what attendees can see within the app. And the staff at Clowder has been great about assisting us any time we have had the need for changes. We have four major events a year, and Clowder has made transitioning from one event to the next very easy (which is important for us as our events schedules overlap). What do you like best about Clowder?

Where to begin? Upon the first meeting with Clowder representatives, you will quickly be impressed by their knowledge, ease of explanation, marketing prowess and desire to truly help your organization succeed. From a technical standpoint, the platform is extremely user-friendly so even the least tech-savvy person could jump in and use it. I've never heard anyone say it's too difficult to work with. Their support is top-notch. Client Success Managers are always available to anwer questions, brainstorm and share industry ideas and assist when there may be technical glitches. What do you like best about Clowder?

Clowder elevated the member experience. It adds additional value proposition to our member benefits. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped with adoption across all user levels. Features like push notifications, event calendars, direct messaging, and discussion feeds have significantly enhanced the way we interact with our members on a daily basis. The overall implementation, while initially seemed overwhelming for someone not so "coding-capable", the team at Clowder spelled everything out in such a way, I felt confident every step of the way. What do you dislike about Clowder?

There are some (minor) integration quirks with our AMS that required some creative thinking on the best way to navigate post launch. The workaround/solution was ultimately seamless and does not affect how the app works for the end-user. We just have a few extra steps from the admin side which are worth it in the end. What do you like best about Clowder?

The set up of the events starts out with the ease of it pulling over from iMIS. That is great because there is no need for extra steps.

We have used Clowder for two large events. Our members had great reviews and loved the offerings of our event on their mobile device. We are looking at offering more options for sponsors for events because of the flexibility of the app.

What do you dislike about Clowder?

The only downside to Clowder is, we have created an easy button for our members so they don't need to know their user name and password so that does become an issue with getting people set up on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clowder?

We were with a different app provider back in 2019-2022 and it wasn't a great experience. We had some hiccups during our event, and I couldn't get in contact with any of their support people. After switching to Clowder in 2023, it has been fantastic! The app is beautiful and easy to use. We love that it's an evergreen product so our users can stay connected year-round. If we have had any questions, or need to be shown how to use a feature again, Caitlin is always quick to respond. We have been very happy with our experience using Clowder. What do you dislike about Clowder?

We get the most activity from our users during our national conference in July. There have been a few things with the event feature that could be improved, like an interactive map or the ability to add your own events to your schedule. Clowder was an application we thought about using for our conference, but we required an extra element of customization which we were not able to implement with Clowder, however the process of setting up the integration was smooth and they provided customer support.
