What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

Our collaboration with ContactPigeon has been very strong since May 2023, although Mistore has been a customer since 2020. From the beginning, we appreciated how the platform adapts to our strict GDPR requirements and we’ve created custom landing pages as a Preference Center. In general, the team has supported us with multiple custom developments and our communication is consistent as the team is always there to help us with frequent changes on our websites. What do you dislike about ContactPigeon?

Due to our strict GDPR policies, we cannot fully use all the features. For example, we are having difficulties with recording user history and we can send emails with very specific criteria. This makes tracking complicated and it doesn’t speak to the platform’s capabilities, but unfortunately it’s necessary for data protection. What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

We manage several client accounts through our agency, and ContactPigeon has proven to be a really solid tool. We run different automations (abandoned cart, browse, welcome series, cross-sell, last order, best sellers) and also use pop-ups and embedded recommendations. What really stands out for me is the segmentation tool, it lets us split audiences by country but also go deeper into interests and behaviors, which makes our campaigns much more relevant. What do you dislike about ContactPigeon?

During our collaboration with ContactPigeon we run all best-practice automations, both in Greek and in English, allowing us to engage a broader audience and drive more purchases. Their team is always proposing new ideas like embedded product recommendations, periodic campaign tasks (e.g. best sellers), and push notifications for users who haven’t identified with their email yet. We currently use all the basic automations, but there are still a lot more options to explore. We also send push notifications, and the team has recommended that we activate a birthday automation as well. Overall, it’s a great platform with many useful tools.
