I find Cortavo's services to be absolutely fantastic for IT management. The level of service is probably the best aspect, with fast response times and multiple ways to connect, not just for IT managers but also for individual users and employees. It's surprising to me that an IT organization can provide such a high level of service, especially since it usually involves a lot of bureaucracy elsewhere. Additionally, the expertise is top-notch as they always know what they're talking about. The speed and customer service are fantastic, with the team sticking to what they promise. I really like the Slack integration for IT support ticketing, which makes it super easy and quick to track and manage tickets. This wasn't something we had before and it's a huge improvement. Also, the smoothness of the transition and the people involved have all been great. They've developed a contract tailored to our specific needs and concerns, which aligns perfectly with what we need. We were promised some Meraki access points as part of the contract, but there's been a little bit of a delay on those. I recognize that's outside Cortavo's control because Meraki is on back order, but it's still a negative. Maybe just outlining that ahead in the contract is probably our biggest concern at this point.
