What do you like best about Cortavo?

I find Cortavo's services to be absolutely fantastic for IT management. The level of service is probably the best aspect, with fast response times and multiple ways to connect, not just for IT managers but also for individual users and employees. It's surprising to me that an IT organization can provide such a high level of service, especially since it usually involves a lot of bureaucracy elsewhere. Additionally, the expertise is top-notch as they always know what they're talking about. The speed and customer service are fantastic, with the team sticking to what they promise. I really like the Slack integration for IT support ticketing, which makes it super easy and quick to track and manage tickets. This wasn't something we had before and it's a huge improvement. Also, the smoothness of the transition and the people involved have all been great. They've developed a contract tailored to our specific needs and concerns, which aligns perfectly with what we need. Their ability to keep us informed during delays, like with Meraki access points, has also been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cortavo?

We were promised some Meraki access points as part of the contract, but there's been a little bit of a delay on those. I recognize that's outside Cortavo's control because Meraki is on back order, but it's still a negative. Maybe just outlining that ahead in the contract is probably our biggest concern at this point. What do you like best about Cortavo?

The user orchestration and user lifecycle management is very valuable. I do appreciate their cyber awareness and the ability to respond as needed to any potential cyber threats. Also, I think their service management expertise and desktop support elements are timely and well managed. However, I feel that their vendor management and partnership components, are what truly sets them apart. Their willingness and ability to understand of the business we're in, and cater the support they provide to specifically to our needs. What do you dislike about Cortavo?

I think a potential opportunity for improvement could be offering different packages that allow some on-site support for local clients for specific periods of time as needed, but otherwise, I think they have a pretty robust offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cortavo?

I enjoy Cortavo's timely service and quick response when help is needed. Their expertise is valuable, and they are very quick to respond and escalate items when necessary. I appreciate that I can reach out and get a quick resolution. They provide and set up all of our equipment, keep us updated on the latest cybersecurity, and ensure we are protected. The tech support helps keep us moving and allows me to track tickets and see a holistic view of any issues. I also like that they send a dedicated person once a week to work on-site, helping with real-time issues and keeping the human side of the business at the forefront. What do you like best about Cortavo?

Everything is included in the monthly services agreement, no surprises. It's just one monthly invoice, competitively priced. Labor for laptop replacements? No extra charge. Special projects (which our previous MSP would have charged labor for, e.g. cloud-based backup platform deployment) are all included.

Cortavo's service desk team staff are extremely professional and show due diligence in either resolving the ticket, or engaging an engineer if help is needed. In cases where I've asked to raise priority on a particular request, they are happy to do so.

The initial onboarding process was smooth and transparent for our staff, and they gave us admin access to the various dashboards, such as ticketing system, which has paid off for both organizations.

We're a nationwide organization, and although Cortavo is located in Atlanta GA, they provide nationwide support during business covering all our time zones. Which is great for me, because I'm on the west coast. :)

What do you dislike about Cortavo?

There was a brief period last year when we experienced some hold times. Cortavo was already in the process of adding staff to their service desk and engineering teams, so that issue cleared up pretty quickly, and we were back to having our helpdesk calls answered right away again.
