Crisp continues to build upon their core business, creating new retail connectors and branching out into EDI connections. Additionally, they are investing in creating strong, out of the box, dashboards for their clients to get more value out of the data. With all of this normalized data, Crisp understands that AI will be a strong component of their product offering in the future and has published open source AI notebooks for clients to leverage as a starting point for our internal AI initiatives. Further normalization across different datasets. While the underlying data across data sources may be different, it would be nice to see frameworks of normalization across different datasets above what exists today. Today, there are aggregated sales and inventory tables across multiple retailers, but for a channel such as Amazon, is there a way to combine multiple Amazon accounts together? Vendor Central and seller central combined? Amazon sales and inventory in addition to Amazon Ad data? Pushing into further use cases here would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about the Crisp Data Platform is how easy it is to access and visualize retailer POS data in near real-time. The platform streamlines our reporting and makes it easier to identify trends, out-of-stocks, and sales opportunities across accounts without needing to manipulate large datasets manually. The crisp platform has helped my company to grow distribution in targeted accounts by being able to identify the opportunities for regions, stores and skus. It is easy to set up and makes it easy to update if focuses change. the training I received and the follow up assisted int he quick learning of the system. I love the data catalog feature in Crisp Data Platform which simplifies understanding of data availability and assists in smoothly integrating data into our warehouse. I appreciate the support from our account manager who helped familiarize us with potential challenges. I would like the Crisp Data Platform to add calculations on top of the raw data they send us. Specifically, having change log information to show day-over-day changes would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crisp is our only access to Walmart's API feed, which contains more datasets than their BI link or report builder. Anything that is added to the API feed needs to be available. Since rolling into UNFI, it is frustrating to have to go to two separate sites to get my data. It has also become incredibly unreliable. The other day I was unable to pull any UNFI data. Additionally, the non-UNFI site is unbelievable slow. When pulling KeHE data I now go to KeHE connect which is much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crisp is perfect for users that need up-to-date visualizations and have not been able to manage their distributor data effectively. The ability to filter and drill down on date ranges is easy to use, understand, and download. It was easy to get started, easy to customize your product names, and easy to navigate without slow loading times. I've rarely had to contact customer support, and they respond quickly each time. I wish that Crisp had the ability to compare two different selected dimensions, edit charts, or provide top level KPI's. Overall there has not been much innovation or improvement in functions since we launched with Crisp. It would also be nice to have more customization with downloaded reports. We love that we don't have to re-frame our minds when we get in because you can go connector to connector and see things visualized similarly. We used to have to completely re-frame jumping from the kehe portal to the unfi portal to the wegmans portal to the whole foods portal. Love the consistency. This isn't Crisp's problem but what the heck UNFI, the "confidential" retailers make it really hard to truly get in here and digest the information. Sometimes the landing page is hard to navigate and I can't immediately see all my dashboards and I have a hard time finding them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
