What do you like best about Encharge?

As a former Kit user, I was a bit skeptical when looking for a new email marketing solution. I wanted a tool that was easy to use, but offered a robust solution. I need an email marketing provider that will handle complicated flows, comprehensive user tagging, and Encharge offers all of that. Another worry I had was integrations with other tech tools I was using. I was happy to discover that all other tools I'm using for my business were possible to connect to Encharge quite easily. What do you dislike about Encharge?

While Encharge.io is powerful, there are a couple of areas where it can feel a bit challenging — especially for new users. Because the platform offers advanced automation capabilities and flexible logic, there can be a learning curve at the beginning as you get familiar with the workflow builder and all of the customization options. Additionally, compared to some competitors, Encharge’s email template library is more limited, meaning you might spend extra time designing or importing your own templates rather than selecting from a wide range of ready-to-use options. What do you like best about Encharge?

I have really enjoyed the fact that Encharge has "workspaces" for multiple businesses. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results. With 192+ businesses requesting landing page, I'm sure that will be addressed in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Encharge?

I like the simplicity of Encharge. The setup and automations are super easy to implement, and the delivery rate for the newsletters is very high with hardly any spam and an impressive open rate. The support is also super fast and helpful, I have always received great responses within a few hours. I also find that Encharge offers a better value for money than Quentn. What do you dislike about Encharge?

It would be great if the whole thing were in German, as I can speak English well, but certain automations are not immediately familiar to me in English. It would also be great if European payment providers were integrated, e.g., CopeCart, or if it could be directly connected with the course community like Mentortools. What do you like best about Encharge?

The visual flow builder. It actually lets me think in journeys instead of campaigns – I can map out behaviour-based flows (onboarding, nurture, win-back, etc.) in a very natural way. What do you dislike about Encharge?

The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the email builder – it’s perfectly usable, but it doesn’t feel as slick as the automation side of the product. Templates and in-email personalisation could be better. I found that the drag and drop email builder in Encharge lacks built-in templates. It would have been very helpful to have pre-made templates available. Although this issue is not a major one, it does make the initial setup more laborious. Creating a structure is more time-consuming when templates are not readily available. What do you like best about Encharge?

I like Encharge because it's convenient and easy to use. It checked all the boxes I was looking for to replace Mailchimp, and it integrates with what I already have set up. The customer service is great and responsive. Encharge has an easy-to-use interface that just makes a lot of sense to me. It offers a lot of what Mailchimp does, but I just like how they do it better. The initial setup was very easy, and the support from the Encharge team was helpful. What do you like best about Encharge?

We run structured personal development programs and use Encharge for all of our email automation needs. What I like most is how Encharge combines ease of use with the flexibility of a much more complex system. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder is intuitive and lets us create dynamic communication based on user behavior: opens, clicks, delays, or custom tags. Encharge easily integrates with our stack (Formly, Make, Google Sheets) and allows real-time syncing. We also appreciate the tagging logic and user segmentation that can trigger different flows. What do you dislike about Encharge?

Some analytics dashboards load a bit slowly, and I’d love to see native A/B testing inside flows rather than as workarounds. Also, more starter templates for common flows like reactivation or onboarding would be useful for new users.
