What do you like best about GrowthZone?

GrowthZone streamlined and simplified all the tools I need to operate, whether I am at my house office or on the road interacting with my members. I use it every day and especially like the customizable reports that can be set up. It was easy for me to work in GrowthZone on my first day because of how the software is viewed visually and what steps are needed to access the different features. Access on my laptop or cell phone is easy and simple. Just what I need to be productive throughout the day and update touchpoints with our current and prospect members. What do you like best about GrowthZone?

Customer Service is extremely helpful! I use the online chat feature often.

GrowthZone is a 1-stop shop for customer relations. Contacts/directories, blast emails, event management, project management, education tracking, billing, and more!

It's easy to learn (GZ Knowledge Base and Chat are great!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthZone?

GrowthZone is a product in the making, so there are some minor functionality issues. They are quick to listen to their customers, implement, and make changes for improvement (this is a good thing). The biggest problem I'm experiencing is when updates are made, the change don't seem to make historical adjustments. Example: If I create an event at the beginning of the year for an event taking place later in the year and they make an improvement to the events module, it does not apply to the event made early in the year.

As an Admin of our account, I wish I had more access to see who made changes. I'd also like more access to correct some of the historical errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowthZone?

The best part about GrowthZone is their willingness to talk and collaborate with the users on new features.

The program is good and we are very happy we switched. Are there things that could be improved? Of course! And that's where they excell, they know improvements can be made and they are willing to make necessary improvements without thinking the program is perfect. What do you dislike about GrowthZone?

My only complaint is the initial training. We were one of the newer companies to join Growthzone. I believe that at that time training wasn't laid out very well.

After meeting with staff and helping with product development I believe this has been improved.

As CRM's go it's easy to figure out but there's nothing better than a good training program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most small businesses/non-profits are often challenged to do much with little. This program is allowing us to pull so muhc disparate information into one place. What do you like best about GrowthZone?

I love how GrowthZone incorporates NAR and the MLS in one system. It is so much easier to maintain and assist our Realtors.
