DattoRMM is an incredibly complete RMM product with extensive features that will greatly increase the effectiveness of providing support to any business. There are too many features to go through in this review but the ones that really affected us are as follows.

- Network scanning. We can scan the network with just one agent being installed. You get a beautiful tree view that you can navigate and move around, or you can get a standard list of IPs.

- Device details. You get a full technical review of each device added to the system. You can see all hardware specifications, event log issues, patch status, software installed (and you can click to uninstall), network information, performance metrics, endpoint security and much more.

- Remote Control. You get three different ways that you can connect to a computer which gives you great redundancy when one doesn't work. You have access to advanced tools to let you do most of your work in the background while the user is still working.

- Automation and maintenance. This is crucial for us and this DattoRMM delivers. The options to setup automatic patching and updates are logically placed in menus that make sense. It was really easy to get familiar with the setup process and had this process running smoothly in no time. The best part is that you can see the results of the patching and get access to errors that you can then review to make adjustments.

- Scripts. There is an extensive library of scripts and it accepts different script languages. There is also a community that you can access to get even more scripts if you don't know how to create one.

- All menus make sense and you can navigate through easily. I don't get lost on them as I did with my old program.

- Dashboards. Dashboards are highly customizable as you can move items around in the screen and add or remove from their library. very cool. Each technician can have their own customized dashboard. You can also have multiple dashboards.

- Microsoft 365 Integration. You can access your Microsoft accounts and manage your clients right from your RMM. This is a feature that usually costs extra, however it is included.

Datto RMM features are extensive and offers great flexibility with an easy to use system. As if that wasn't enough, their support is excellent. You can get someone on an online chat easily to get fast answers to your questions.

Implementation was easy as you have several options. We are really happy with this program and would recommend it to any company.

The feature I like the least was the setup of Microsoft 365. Unfortunately, the process to integrate Microsoft to any RMM is complex due to the different security rules Microsoft has in place. The components from the com store are so helpful. I like that you can create your own components as well.

This is a great tool for monitoring many aspects of your endpoints.

Great patch management.

It is a stable product. I don't think we've had any "outages" with Datto RMM.

Kaseya support can be slow to respond. It takes a while to break through the "first level" of support which typically does not go beyond what is already in the documentation. It is annoying when the support tech asks you to open a support tunnel into their system, and then they don't get around to using the tunnel for days, sometimes over a week. Datto RMM provides a clean and intuitive interface, with powerful automation policies that save us hours of repetitive work. The integrations with other Datto/Kaseya products and Microsoft 365 make it easier to manage endpoints at scale. The policy engine can sometimes feel rigid, and more flexibility in scripting and scheduling would be welcome. The patch management works well overall but occasionally struggles with third-party apps. The UI can feel dated and unintuitive at times, with some workflows requiring extra clicks. Real-time remote control works well but can occasionally lag compared to standalone solutions. While integrations are strong with Autotask, connecting to outside tools can take additional effort. I have been using Datto RMM for a little over 2 years and it has been really great. Easy to navigate interface with a thoughtful layout. Easy to connect to client environments and integrations with IT Glue makes entering credentials a breeze. The ease of implementation for Datto on endpoints is so far the best with multiple ways to deploy the agents and a simplistic installation makes removes barriers and there are no configurations post deployments on the endpoints. I use this on on a daily basis for work and customer support and i would say i spend more then 5 hours a days easily as this is the only RMM tool i use to support our clients . We wish the Splashtop Remote Access included the ability to print found in the higher version of Splashtop. If they can't include it for free, it would be nice if we could turn the feature on at a cost. Currently, we have contracts with Kaseya for DattoRMM and additional contracts with Splashtop for the higher version that includes print capabilities for our clients. Web remote and Splashtop offer outstanding features for remote access to end-user systems. Additionally, the robust automation capabilities enable us to schedule jobs for single or multiple devices, even at the site level. Patch management and many more features. Integration with Datto BCDR and Datto SAAS backups simplifies backup management within a single portal. The user-friendly GUI facilitates easy integration and implementation for new clients and devices. I like most the way that we can work on a user computer using agent browser without having to make users stop working. All features works very well but being able to send/get files, powershell, cmd, regedit direclty to the machine is the best thing ever. Also the Microsoft 365 integration saves me a lot of work being able to manage users from the RMM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i dislike is i cant use Windows Keyboard key inside the remote access, it would be nice, or else give me a another shortcut on remote acces for "RUN". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datto RMM is the product being used for the remote monitoring and management. It is very easy to implement and easy to use. The numerous features it offers, best suits to maintain the productivity and deliverables of an organization. Very streamlined integration with the tool with the help of API.
