I really appreciate that the support has been great with Kintone. The developers use the product themselves, and they have managed to keep the development process really simple and budget-friendly. The initial setup has been pretty straightforward, and even though we are still in the development phase with some pieces still being built, it's understandable given our in-depth requirements for the apps we need to build. Kintone has made unifying our processes and procedures easier and keeps our reporting simple. It's definitely making things more organized for us. Plus, transitioning from another product has been notably smoother; it only took us about four to six months with Kintone compared to the two years it took with Zoho. There are very small details when it comes to the functionality that aren't significant to the system we use. I find the training and usage of Kintone challenging. Since I wasn't familiar with it, it seems like we would need a full-time employee or have to utilize hourly rates to use it effectively. The initial setup wasn't easy, and we might have been overwhelmed by trying to do a lot. I also wish there was an easier way to transfer data from Formsite to Kintone, as currently, we have to do it manually. I like being able to export reports from Kintone. It makes easy for mailing, verifying information and creating labels.

I dislike that the applications are not always connected to other applications, so we end up inputting the data twice. Love how easy it is to use and create workflows to manage our business, even without a dedicated developer.
