In my writing, I use AI (primarily Claude, sometimes ChatGPT) for research, brainstorming and as a rubber duck. I also use it for proofreading, grammar and punctuation.

I avoid:

• Entirely AI-generated writings. However, I may use AI to generate parts of writing, which I will call out explicitly.
• Asking the AI to start off with an entire article and using that as a base for edits (that often colors how I write too much, in a manner that is unproductive).
