Huge milestone announcement! From 2019 to 2024, we’ve reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 93%! 💥 🥬 Our recently announced 2025 Sustainability Progress report discusses how this was achieved, including sustainable innovation to high performing products such as Tyvek® HouseWrap®, Froth-Pak™ Foam Insulation and Sealant, Styrofoam™ Brand XPS Insulation, and Corian® Solid Surface. Shawn Hunter said, “We are thrilled to report our progress as a business, which far exceeds the GHG reductions needed to support the 1.5°C limit set by the Paris Agreement and embraced by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). We are thrilled to share that DuPont is advancing our commitment to sustainability by partnering with H.Essers to transition all our transport activities to Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO). This collaboration underlines our shared values and vision for reducing environmental impact across our supply chain. Each shipment will now significantly contribute to emissions reductions, without compromising logistics performance. Supported by H.Essers' pioneering HVO insetting concept and validated by Deloitte, this innovative approach addresses the limited public availability of HVO and operational constraints. By reallocating emissions internally and deploying HVO, we're enabling DuPont to reduce its CO₂ emissions by approximately 1.077 tonnes per year. This marks a significant step forward in sustainable transport logistics. Together, we're making meaningful strides in reducing our environmental footprint and setting new industry standards. #Sustainability #Innovation #DuPont Frédéric Gonnissen

Throughout August, our Tyvek® Healthcare Packaging team hosted a series of in-depth training sessions across Brazil, bringing together 174 customers to learn and collaborate. Led by Dan Floyd and with outstanding support from Tatiane Imakuma, Lucian Mendes Molina, MSc., Thainara Nóbrega and Gabriel Takahassi Solfredini, the sessions explored technical insights into the role Tyvek® plays in the sterilization process and package performance. We also conducted hands-on lab demonstrations and discussions on best practices for optimizing quality and compliance.
