And, she's on a whirlwind tour visiting our teams and learning about the business as we gear up for our busiest time of year. Last week, she shared her initial thoughts on what makes Shutterfly unforgettable, why she can't wait to roll up her sleeves and get to work, and hosted a roundtable with our leadership team to discus our critical holiday plans. Meet one of our incredible team members, Katie M. who’s been with Shutterfly for over 13 years! 🙌 Katie created a new hiring process to support our busy holiday season, streamlining operations and setting us up for success. 💬 How would you describe your job to a 5th grader (or your mom)? “I make other people’s jobs easier.” 🎄 Katie’s excited about picking out the perfect holiday card from our new designs. We’re lucky to have passionate people like Katie who bring heart, innovation, and a little bit of nerdy joy to everything they do. 🧡

🌞 Summer was full of community and connection at Shutterfly! Some of our favorite moments include: 💪🏽Multiple locations, including our amazing Tempe team, organized wellness fairs, supporting employee health, happiness, and well-being. Plus, puppies like sweet Ria were there…and she found her forever home! 👟 Our Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group hosted monthly wellness walks to encourage movement and mindfulness. 🍔 And of course… barbecues! Nothing says summer like good food and great company.
