Share Saved Audiences with other members of your LinkedIn Ads account

Saved Audiences is a feature that allows you to build and save a custom audience using attributes like job title or industry. You can also create a Saved Audience by using an existing Matched Audience and modifying it with member attributes.

  • As of August 2022, new and edited Saved Audiences are saved at the ad account level, which allows the audience to be accessible to everyone that has campaign manager access or higher on the ad account. Those members can access the audience when they’re creating an ad set, or on the Audiences page in Campaign Manager. 

  • Saved Audiences created before August 2022 are saved in your member-level settings. To share your audience with other members on your account, you need to re-save your audience. 

To re-save your existing Saved Audiences to the account level: 

  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Plan on the left menu and select Audiences.

  3. Click Saved at the top, then click the audience you'd like to re-save. 

  4. Click Manage in the top right, then click Save

  5. From here, you can:  

    • Keep the same name of the audience. Keep in mind, if you keep the same name, your audience will only be available at the account level.  
    • Rename the audience.  
    • Give the audience a description (optional).  
  6. Click Save.
