Use Bulk Actions to Change Ad Set Status

Bulk actions allow you to complete the same action across multiple ad sets at one time. With bulk actions, you can change or set the status of multiple ad sets within the same campaign.

Who can use this feature?

Currently bulk actions are only available for managed accounts. Please contact your account manager for more details.

Currently, you can:

  • Pause active ad sets

  • Archive completed ad sets

  • Activate or archive paused ad sets

  • Pause archived ad sets

Here are some things to remember:
  • Bulk actions can’t be applied to ad sets in the Draft status.

  • Ad sets in the Completed status can only be set to the Archived status.

  • Ad sets in the Archived status can only be set to the Paused status.

  • Ad sets in the Paused status can be set to the Active or Archived statuses.
